Jeff Suess and Dave Lembas have worked hand in hand with Med Properties, who manages a portfolio of locations in a business park in Hinsdale. The Salt Creek Medical Campus are a series of medical buildings just North of Ogden Ave. The buildings are used for various medical offices; from same day surgery centers, outpatient care, to doctor’s offices and family practices. The group began to manage properties in the Midwest starting in 1994. Of the 5 buildings that Med Properties manages, each building is unique. Each of the roofs are asphalt shingled or modified bitumen, both materials Raincoat Roofing is very comfortable with.
After our relationship began in the 1990’s, Raincoat Roofing was tasked with replacing a roof at 12 Salt Creek Lane in 2013, followed by maintenance and repair work done around the corner on a separate shingle roof at 907 N. Elm St. With several different buildings in play, and several different roof types to work on; Raincoat Roofing was brought in to take care of some existing issues. Our ability to make lasting issues go away gave Med Properties a sense of relief and opened the door for future work to be budgeted for. Not only was Raincoat Roofing capable of taking care of issues that were lasting and stressful, we also were able to provide positive outlooks and true timelines for roof replacements in the future at separate buildings.
