Jeff Suess’ relationship with Marc Reality has brought us all over the great city of Chicago. The business park located in Westchester has 6 buildings from the North end to the South end. Raincoat Roofing has replaced 5 of the 6 roofs with a modified bitumen membrane dating back to 2013 when the first project was completed. Each year, a new roof was installed; and Raincoat Roofing has maintained the entire business park ever since.

The layout of the business park is set in “L” shaped buildings, each totaling roughly 21,000 square feet. The buildings themselves have suites available for general office space and others are set up for medical use, so the roofing work that was done overhead needed to be completed with specific conditions in mind. Our first roof that was put on in 2013 laid the foundation for the future years to come, allowing for similar specifications to be made for each building because of the identical designs. All but 1 roof has been replaced by Raincoat Roofing, the last of the 6 is a built - up roof with gravel. The last of the 6 roofs is in good working condition and has been maintained to remain that way by Raincoat Roofing since 2013.
